Art of Seeing is devoted exclusively to photography. American Art Collector accepts all media and is divided into 2D and 3D sections.

Who are your jurors?

Jurors have included California College of the Arts instructors Howard Eige, Clay Jensen and Pamina Traylor, gallery owners Virginia Breier and Jan Christensen-Heller, and photographers Glenn Steiner and Michael Reichmann.
 

How are books distributed, and how much are copies?

We direct mail books to galleries, art consultants, stock houses, and collectors. Limited bookstore distribution is by Baker & Taylor.

Participants assist in distribution by giving a book away when they make a sale. Art of Seeing retails for $10. American Art Collector retails for $15.

What media do you accept for publication?

Hi-resolution digital files and 35mm slides. Digital files should be at least 300 ppi when sized to 6 inches. RGB TIFFs are preferred.
